Internship at 100% for the Children - spring 2027

Do you want hands-on experience in an international NGO where your work contributes to protecting and educating children in some of the world’s most vulnerable areas?

We are looking for motivated interns who want to gain hands-on experience in international development, project coordination, partnerships, and CSR. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work across different areas, depending on your skills and interests, and gain insight into how we collaborate with international partners, companies, and other stakeholders to create sustainable impact. Depending on your academic background, skills, and interests, your internship can focus more on international development and programme coordination, partnerships and CSR, or a combination of both.

About 100% for the Children

100% for the Children is an international non-profit organisation dedicated to breaking cycles of poverty and creating better opportunities for children and young people.

At 100% for the Children, you’ll join a dedicated, international team working across Sub-Saharan Africa, Ukraine, and Europe. We focus especially on urban informal settlements and internally displaced children and youth. Through holistic interventions and strong local partnerships, we work to ensure that children not only survive, but thrive. Our work is guided by a commitment to transparency, accountability, and measurable impact.

About the role

  • Supporting international development programmes and project coordination with partners in the Global South and East
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and impact cases
  • Contributing to data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Assisting with programme implementation and coordination across international partners
  • Developing and supporting corporate partnerships and CSR collaborations
  • Researching potential partners, funding opportunities, and resource mobilization
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks tailored to your skills, interests, and learning goals

What you'll gain

You will gain practical experience in how NGOs, companies, and international partners collaborate to create sustainable and scalable social impact, including:

  • Hands-on experience in an international NGO
  • Real responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects and partnerships
  • Insight into international development, fundraising and CSR
  • Experience collaborating with international partners and stakeholders
  • Opportunities to develop your professional skills and explore your interests

No two days are the same, and we encourage you to take ownership of your tasks and help shape your internship based on your interests and learning goals.

About You

We’re looking for someone who

  • Is enrolled in a relevant higher education program
  • Has a strong interest in global development, CSR, and/or social impact
  • Can work independently and enjoys collaboration across cultures
  • Is curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Is comfortable working in either/both English and Danish, both written and spoken

Practical Information

  • Internship period: Spring semester
  • Working hours: 30 - 37 hours per week
  • Location: Købmagergade 43, 1. 1150 København k
  • Travel: Possible by agreement (not required)
  • The internship is unpaid, but can be part of your study program
