Privacy
Short version: this site currently has no accounts, sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts and asks you for nothing. Here is the long version.
Who is responsible
studyjob.ai is operated from Copenhagen, Denmark. Contact for anything in this notice: ops@studyjob.ai. The registered legal entity and its CVR number will be listed here before any account or payment feature goes live.
What is processed when you visit
- Server request logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., receives the standard data any web request carries (IP address, user agent, requested page, time) to serve the page and keeps short-lived logs for security and error diagnosis. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
- Nothing client-side. No cookies, no local storage, no analytics or tracking scripts, no embedded third-party widgets. Fonts are served from this domain.
- Email you send us. If you write to ops@studyjob.ai we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle it.
Processors and where data lives
- Vercel Inc. (hosting and request logs). Pages are served from Vercel's network; server functions run in Frankfurt (EU). Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and bound by a data processing agreement.
- Supabase (database, Frankfurt, EU). Today the database holds programme and course data only; no visitor data is written to it.
The programme data on this site
Programme structures, course facts and programme objectives are collected from the universities' own public pages and curriculum documents. They describe programmes, not people; staff names on course pages are not stored. See our crawler page for how collection works.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and complain to Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk). Write to ops@studyjob.ai; we answer within a month.
When this changes
Accounts, saved jobs and application tools will add processing that is not described here. This notice will be updated before any such feature is switched on, and the date at the top will change.
