Student Assistant, Procurement.

Are you structured, detail-oriented, and good at keeping track of multiple tasks? Do you enjoy creating overview, following up, and making sure things get done? Then you might be our new Student Assistant in Procurement at Grænn A/S.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Student Assistant to join our Product Development & Procurement team, where we work with product development and purchasing across our beauty brands. You will play an important role in our daily purchasing operations, supporting everything from purchase orders and supplier follow-ups to maintaining accurate information in our ERP system, Navision (NAV). Working closely with our colleague responsible for purchasing and replenishment, you will gradually take ownership of recurring tasks and processes as you become familiar with our systems and ways of working. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, has an eye for detail, and takes satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities

  • Creating and following up on purchase orders (POs) in Navision (NAV).
  • Collecting order confirmations and following up on delivery dates with Danish and international suppliers.
  • Keeping purchase orders, order statuses, and delivery information updated in NAV.
  • Maintaining purchasing-related master data, including minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and prices.
  • Placing orders for packaging components, including boxes and labels, according to agreed procedures.
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks related to purchasing, suppliers, and deliveries.

Who are you? We imagine that you are currently studying a relevant degree within Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field. However, your specific field of study is less important than your approach to work, your sense of responsibility, and your willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who:

  • Is structured, systematic, and detail-oriented.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion.
  • Is proactive and comfortable working independently within clear guidelines.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, with good written and spoken English skills.
  • Is confident using Excel and Outlook and quick to learn new IT systems.
  • Enjoys a mix of recurring tasks and a busy workday where priorities can sometimes change.

Experience with NAV or other ERP systems is an advantage, but not a requirement. We will make sure you receive thorough training in our systems and processes.

What you can expect

We offer a flexible student job of 10–15 hours per week, planned with consideration for your studies and exam periods. We prefer fixed working days with physical presence at our Copenhagen office to ensure close collaboration and a good learning experience. You will join a professional and efficient team of eight people who work closely together in a dynamic and engaged environment. Things move fast, priorities can shift, and not every day goes exactly as planned. But we support each other, share knowledge, and always make room for a good sense of humor. You will gain hands-on experience with purchasing processes, international supplier communication, ERP systems, and the coordination that goes into getting our products produced and delivered on time. We believe the best results come from working together, and your ideas and input will be valued from day one. You should never hesitate to ask questions or reach out for help, it's a natural part of how we work. We also hope you will enjoy being part of our social community, whether it's Friday bar gatherings or other social events.
